Exploring Art (2ND-7TH)

Exploring Art is a half day weeklong art camp where students will draw, paint, dye, marbleize various art pieces and create jewelry. Exploring Art is led by UE Art Faculty and current students who emphasize creative confidence. Students will tour our art studios and discuss in-depth what it means to be an art making ACE.

For our returning artists, you can expect to create new art pieces that will be vastly different from years past. For our new artists, we hope this will be a new and exciting camp that you will enjoy. Our goal is for all attending artists to learn, create, and explore all the possibilities in the field of art!

Upcycled Art (2nd-8th)

Is your child a creative, out of the box thinker always looking for something new to explore?

Upcycled Art Camp is the perfect space to learn new ways to use things that may have ended up in a landfill. In this camp, students will learn how to create art using everyday items that can be found at home such as paper, bind your own books, paint and collage a box or suitcase, and make a frame.

Creating art from recycled materials promotes sustainability and fosters creativity and innovation. In Upcycled Art Camp, there is no limit to what you can do!

High School Art Camp (9th-12th)

Come explore ceramics, perspective, interior design, figure drawing and painting in a colligate setting. Daily field trips will let you see all parts of campus from dorm rooms to the theater. Participants may apply for a portfolio scholarship upon completion of the camp.

My Grandparent & Me (3rd-5th)

My Grandparent(s) and Me Art Camp is a special opportunity for grandparents and grandchildren to create art together, focused on stories and memories. Families will be guided through scrapbooking and card making that can offer a unique quality time experience that families will remember for a lifetime. Bring a box of photos and keepsakes to complete a scrapbook to share your stories and memories. **One grandparent per family please**
